Diving with Diabetes
The Aging Diver and other … 10 AM

Ears 11 AM-12:30 PM

Otic Barotrauma is the most common medical complaint that we face as a diver. This must attend workshop will include a comprehensive lecture on common conditions related to diving and ears and sinus problems commonly encountered. A demonstration using the video Otoscope will allow each attendee to review optimal ways to clear their ears. A hands on workshop will include a training in the use of the DAN Otoscope. The workshop includes the DAN Otoscope.

Pre-Registration required.

Diver First AID 1 PM-3 PM

When an accident occurs, what can you do to assist?  Will your basic first aid help until higher trained personnel arrive?  What if we are hours from help or on a remote island?  If close enough to shore, is the local EMS trained to recognize dive related injuries?  All of these questions will be answered in this seminar.
